Renn Ostoby
Human, Self-styled vigilante informant
Overeager, interrupts himself, tries to sound tougher than he is.
Proof Before Pride. He wants help gathering real evidence against the corrupt judge before he does something reckless and gets himself killed.
Earning It. He'll tag along on any dangerous job to prove he belongs, whether or not the party wants him there.
Appearance
Lanky, can't stay still for a full sentence, wears mismatched borrowed gear like a costume he hasn't grown into yet.
Secret
He knows the local judge takes bribes to clear smugglers, but he lacks proof and the reckless confidence he shows masks real terror of being caught snooping.
Quirks
Practices intimidating faces in reflective surfaces
Name-drops people he's barely met
Personality traits
Impulsively brave
Craves validation
Ideal
Somebody has to stand up to the people in charge, so it might as well be me.
Bond
None yet — he's desperate to earn one, to belong to something bigger than himself.
Flaw
His inexperience means he'll expose a secret before he's ready to handle the consequences.
