Fast, sarcastic, undercuts every kind act with a joke so no one calls her soft.

One More Run. She wants a clean, low-risk job to fund a final exit from smuggling, but nothing on the river is ever clean.

Appearance

Wiry, sun-browned, a thin scar bisecting one eyebrow from a knife fight she won't discuss.

She knows the harbor magistrate takes bribes to ignore her runs — and worse, to ignore far darker cargo than hers.

Gives away her own rations, then complains about hunger later

Never answers to her real name in public

Reflexive generosity she resents in herself

Overconfident about her river routes

Nobody drowns on my river if I can help it — everything else is business.

A network of river-town orphans she quietly feeds and shelters between runs.

Wants out of smuggling entirely but keeps taking one more job to fund her kindness.
